Returns & Exchanges

We love all of our customers and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will do everything we can to make your Satosense experience amazing.

Damaged/Faulty Items

We are so sorry to hear that you have received damaged or faulty goods. Please contact us asap within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange for an exchange/refund immediately.

Non-Personalised Items

If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different colour, that's no problem. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

You will then have a further 14 days to mail back the package to us. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.

The goods must be unused, with hang-tag intact, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging. We will charge a small delivery fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.

Personalised Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our Hot Stamping and Embroidery services, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on personalised items, unless they are damaged or faulty.
